It was imperative to have the note that the sign will not be internally illuminated on the actual drawing so that I can approved the drawing; in other words,drawings can only be approved when they include all the pertinent and requested information on them. The Community Development Department is composed of planners (I am one who specifically works for the ARB), zoners,engineers, information technologists, and building inspectors.We work on separate aspects of the same projects.As Andy Mackrous is a code enforcement agent within the Zoning division, I believe he is the Andy to which you are referring (we actually have five Andrews within the whole department); I will forward this drawing to him and notify him when your CoA has been issued and your building permit approved by'ARB staff(myself). I do not know, however, if this drawing will address whatever his (or his supervisor's) concerns are, so I encourage either you or Jack to converse with Andy about any outstanding issues he has raised. Corrected is attached. Also noted the that the sign is opaque as it's not internally lit as Jack noted twice previously. I have no idea which Andy this needs to go to. I am shocked that you don't work closely with the inspectors as Andy,the inspector, indicated to the landlord he was receiving heat from his supervisor regarding this same information. The landlord, Mr.Wood, requested that you pass this information along to Andy,the inspector. I do not claim to understand the logistics of the inter-county office workings.
