Dear Mr. Burgh:
This letter is to advise you that on July 14, 1981, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-81-39 was granted with the following conditions:
1. Subject to Health Department approval for septic system.
2. Leave existing trees on lot.
This variance will allow a dwelling to be located 45 feet from the front
property line, a variance of 30 feet. Also, this variance will allow a
dwelling to be located 25 feet from the side property line, a variance
of 35 feet.
