Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that on August 11, 1981, during the
. regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-81-45 was granted.
This variance allows relief from section 2.6.2 of the previous
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single-family dwelling,
which was built under the previous Zoning Ordinance, to be located
15.66 feet from an access easement; a variance of 14.34 feet.
