The Albemarle County Planning Commission at its meeting on July 21, 1981,
deferred, at your request, consideration of the Henry Javor Site Plan to its 1
August 18, 1981 meeting. The deadline for the submittal of a revised plan is
12:00 a.m. on August 12, 1981 in order for the plan to be reviewed by the Planning
Commission on August 18, 1981.
The Planning Commission meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Board Room,

This letter is to inform you that on August 11, 1981, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-81-46 was granted with the condition that the ends
of the building exposed from the highway be brick anti embossed block.
This variance allows relief from section 30.5.2.2 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance to allow structures (service offices) to be located
