Awoqwd September 8, 1981 County Of Albemarle Board Of Zoning Appeals Gentlemen: In reference to your letter dated Septer..iber 1, 1981 requesting relief from sections 4.12.6.6.2 for property described as Tax Map 061-X(1), Parcel 5, zoned R-6, the Board of Directors for the Four Seasons Patio House Association are hereby apposed to the off and/or on street parking in question on Lakeview Drive for the following reasons: (1) There is a School Bus stop on the corner of Lakeview Drive, therefore additional parking on Lakeview Drive will only increase unneeded traffic on an already planned and developed residential cul-de-sac adding additional danger for the children. (2) Residents on Lakeview Drive have already had a problem in the past with automobiles blocking driveways and mail boxes, therefore if the mail box is blocked, no maid). will be delivered. At this time the Board of Directors would like to recommend a possible solutiom to the problem, which would be hopefully satis- factory to everyone. Our recommendation is that an off-street entrance be made off Four Seasons Drive. There are several beauti- ful and well established White Pine and Oak trees surrounding the building, and if an entrance could be made off Four Seasons Drive, possibly no harm would come to any of the trees which are a deffinate asset to our cor;munity.
