This variance allow relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a parcel to be subdivided into two lots with less than the required frontage as follows: to allow Lot 1 to be 232.88 feet; a variance of 17.12 feet, and Lot 2 to be 204.46 feet; a variance of 45.54 feet from the requirement of 250 feet of road frontage.
