has made application for VA-81-59 requesting relief from Section
4. 15.3.6 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance,
as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 4. 15.3.6 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a total of six signs; a variance of
three signs. The applicant also requests relief from Section 4. 15.3.6
to allow three 3' X 3' roof signs (27 square feet) ; a variance of
73 square feet. The applicant also requests relief from Section 4. 15.3.6
to allow the signs to be illuminated.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
October 13, 1981 , at 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second
Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
