I also appreciate your letting me know that you do not know of any problems which Rogue Hollow has with the County with respec to the site. Mr. John Strittar of Rogue Hollow has informed me since my discussion with you that Albemarle County did in fact grant him a building permit today, and that that matter too has been taken care of and apparently finalized. As attorneys for Rogue Hollow, we very much appreciate your cooperation in this matter and the helpfulness of the County inspectors generally in helping to work out any problems that might have resulted from earlier communication gaps be- tween Mr. Strittar and the County.
