has made application for VA-81-62 , requesting relief from Section
30.5.2.2, 30.5.6.2. 1 , 30.5.6.2.2of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance,
as follows: HH
The applicant requests relief from Sections 30. 5.2.2 and 30. 5.6.2. 1
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction
of a two-bay detached garage accessory addition 24 feet from the Rt.
250 West (scenic highway) right-of-way, a variance of 126 feet.
Applicant also seeks relief from Section 30.5.6.2.2 of the. Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow parking within the 50-ft. setback •
requirement. A total relief from this Section i.. requested.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
December 3, 1981 , at 3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second
Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
