Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that on February 9, 1982, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your }
application for VA-81-63 was denied.
Anyone aggrieved by a decision made by the Board may appeal the
decision to the Circuit Court of Albemarle County within 30 days of
the decision.
This sign must be relocated to comply with the Zoning Ordinance

within 30 days of the receipt of this letter.

Dear Sirs:
This letter is in reference to the decision of the Board
of Zoning Appeals on February 9, 1982.
I have given notice to the Moore Sign Company that the
Board of Zoning Appeals denied VA 81-63 for the sign setback
at Albemarle Square.
We ask that the sign be relocated to meet the set-back
requirement of thirty (30) feet from highway- right of way.
The request must be done on or before May 5, 1982. This
time limit should be ample, included with time already/passed.
Your cooperation is requested in handling this matter.
