I have given notice to the Moore Sign Company that the Board of Zoning Appeals denied VA 81-63 for the sign setback at Albemarle Square. We ask that the sign be relocated to meet the set-back requirement of thirty (30) feet from highway- right of way. The request must be done on or before May 5, 1982.
