Zoning Ordinance Requirement Pursuant to Section 10.4, all structures shall be located seventy-five (75) feet or more from the front property line. Staff Recommendations The lot has limited depth at all but one portion from the road front. The topography of the lot is of 15° to 30° slope in most areas except near abutting road.
