Bartoletti Tax Map: 059D1 Parcel : 02-F34 Zoned: R-1 Existing Activity Single-Family Dwelling Proposed Variance The applicant requests relief from Section 13.3 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single-family dwelling to be located 18 feet from the rear property line; a variance of 2 feet. Zoning Ordinance Requirement Pursuant to Section 13.3, all structures shall be located twenty (20) feet from the rear property line. Staff Recommendations House foundation was located at this location on the property for footing. The line stakes were not in the proper location. Both contractor and inspector were in fault. We recommend approval . We find no deterrent if variance is granted.
