Dear Mr. Webster:
This letter is to inform you that on April 20, 1982, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals , your
application for VA-82-10 was approved. This variance approval allows
relief from Section 24. 3 to allow a parcel in the HC, Highway Commercial
Zone, to have a minimum frontage on a public street of 110 feet; a
variance of 40 feet. This approval is subject to approval on rezoning.
