ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT Pursuant to Section 10.4, all structures shall be located a minimum of II seventy-five (75) feet from any street, road, or access easement. STAFF RECOMMENDATION The applicant needs a variance to create a right-of-way for the subdividing of a two (2) acre lot. The barn, house, and other buildings on the parcel of land leaves limited location for this right-of-way to be created. We feel that the barn is non-conforming and in no way would the right-of- way be detrimental to such structure. We recommend approval of the variance. \IA ,„, 8 g....
