ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT Pursuant to Section 10.4, all structures shall be located seventy-five (75) feet from the front property line. STAFF RECOMMENDATION We find that there is not sufficient physical evidence that the pool could not be located other than where proposed. Even though the lot itself has no uniqueness physically, we feel that the location of the proposed pool would not be a detriment to all adjoining properties , but we are unable to make a favorable recommendation. 20.
