Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that on June 8, 1982, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-82-20 was granted to allow 200 square feet of wall sign with the
condition that the applicant's portion of the wall sign not exceed 100
square feet or 50 percent; a variance of 100 square feet. Also, the
Board granted you a variance to allow the freestanding sign to be 60
square feet; a variance of 10 square feet.
Enclosed please find copies of the sign permit application for your
convenience.

Dear Mr. Evans:
This letter is to inform you and to go on record that Piece
Goods Shops is granting permission to "Prompt Care" , who
plans to occupy a part of the old Safeway store at Hydraulic
Road, the available and approved 24 square feet of highway
sinage on Route 29 in front of the old Safeway store and 50
square feet of the available and approved 100 square feet on
the front of the building.
Prompt Care will be sending you their sign specifications and
completed permit in the very near future.
Safeway who now owns the property (purchased from Hubbard
Real Estate Investments) is in the process of approving the
signage for both prospective sub tenants and these approvals will
be sent to you the moment they are recieved by me.
