ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT Pursuant to Section 10.4, all structures shall be located seventy-five (75) feet from the front property line. STAFF RECOMMENDATION With the topography of the area in which the proposed construction is taking place, we feel that the addition may have been designed to accommodate the required setback.
