meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-82-31 was granted.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 15.3 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single-family dwelling to be located 18
feet from the rear property line; a variance of 2 feet.
