Beskin Tax Map: 085 Parcel: 13 Zoned: RA EXISTING ACTIVITY Single-Family Dwelling PROPOSED VARIANCE The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a parcel to be subdivided so that one parcel of two acres would have 210 feet of road frontage leaving the remaining acreage with 210 feet of road frontage; a variance of 40 feet for each. ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT Pursuant to Section 10.4, the minimum frontage required on an existing public road shall be two-hundred fifty (250) feet. STAFF RECOMMENDATION We cannot make any recommendation. If the board should approve the variance, it should be conditional upon Planning Commission approval.
