Here is the checklist for that submission. What I was hoping to convey in my last email was,for your final review submission, please submit a fully realized landscape plan that addresses the comments the ARB made at the last meeting with your site plan set as well as complete architectural elevations. This'ARB review will result (when approved) in a Certificate of Appropriateness. This is separate from a site plan major amendment as well as the review of your building permit, yes. The filing deadline/meeting schedule for submission to ARB is here. So,for instance, the next filing deadline is September 25 for the October 16 ARB meeting. Please let me know if you have further questions. I am trying to get my head around how many different reviews and applications I will need to file and the timing of each. I waited until this morning to write you back because I wanted to confer)with Rachel Falkenstein, my colleague who was the lead planner on your Phase I development for the Volvo site in 2015, about whether a major amendment was the right application for the Phase II development of your site plan—she says that it is, so,yes, feel free to file the major site plan amendment this week. It would be helpful for us if you filed the final site plan application for the ARB at the same time as the major amendment so we can review each simultaneously, but that is not necessary if that proves problematic. The ARB submission for the final, though should address both the site plan and the architecture. Following yesterday's meeting, you will be sent a copy of the comments the ARB made in regards to the Volvo site proposal (ARB2-17-76) in the form of a letter after staff has a chance to transcribe/finalize the minutes. To expedite matters, I can send you the letter electronically (via email) as well; you may wish to hold off on conversations with your architect until that letter is circulated, which should be before Friday. Please let me know if you have any questions. It looked like, based on the agenda, you were going to have a long day. I was grateful for the discussion/ feedback and the fact that we were not last on the list. :-) Based on the notes I took, I am going to circle up with our architect and incorporate the feedback the best we can on the building. My intention is to file a full major site plan amendment this week. This plan will incorporate the landscaping considerations that you and the board have suggested. When you get a chance to catch your breath would you let me know what the next steps are? Does the site plan amendment application • simply catch up with our ARB discussion/process and get reviewed and approved as one? Or does this ARB phase travel parallel to the site plan amendment? Sorry, just not too clear and would appreciate your insight. Thanks again for all of your help.
