ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT Pursuant to Section 10.4, all structures shall be located a minimum of seventy-five (75) feet from any street, road, or access easement. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS The existing driveway is on the opposite side of the proposed garage addition. State Route 610 elevation is below that of the proposed garage. We feel that the applicant should show why the garage addition could not be located at the other side of the house.
