Box 157 Charlottesville, VA 22902 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-82-49 Dear Sirs: This letter is to inform you that on September 14, 1982, during the f regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for VA-82-49 heard. The Board ruled to grant you relief from Section 21.7. 1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow an office condominium to be located 26 feet from the front property line; a variance of 4 feet. Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section. Failure to pay all applicable fees shalll constitute grounds for the denial of any application. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of $5.88.
