Dear Mr. Kulp:
This letter is to inform you that on September 21 , 1982, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-82-50 was heard. The Board ruled to grant the variance
subject to Planning Commission approval of the plat. This variance approval
allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to
allow a single-family dwelling to be located 12 feet from the front property
line; a variance of 63 feet.
Our office was contacted by Ronald Keeler, Assistant Director of
Planning, that parcel 70C was exempt from the subdivision ordinance when
it was recorded in 1973.
