The site plan layout has been modified from the initial site plan submission to adhere to the proffered requirements to provide a County Private.Road through the site. The revised layout has been coordinated with County engineering staff. The comments received have been formatted for this document. The `initial response' column has been filled in to address the comments received from the Initial Site Plan, and will be updated with Notes based on comments and information received after the Final Site Plan submission. Any items that we would specifically like to discuss have been highlighted and noted as such.
