RE: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-83-23
Dear Messrs. Morris and Camblos:
This letter is to inform you that on June 14, 1983, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals,
your application for VA-83-23 was approved subject to the life of
the structure. New application would have to be submitted if
the structure was destroyed. This variance approval allows
relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance
to allow a storage shed to be located 33 feet from the front property
line; a variance of 42 feet.
