Dear Mr. Dofflemyer:
This letter is to inform you that on June 14, 1983, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-83-24 was approved subject to the rezoning of the property from
the Board of Supervisors. The variance allows relief from Section 24.3
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow the establishment of
a HC (Highway Commercial) District to have 76 feet minimum frontage; a
variance of 74 feet.
