Dear Mr. Sadler:
This letter is to inform you that on June 15, 1983, during the special
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-83-26 was approved. This variance approval allows relief from Section
10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single family dwelling
to be located 72.3 feet from the highway right-of-way of Rt. 53, a variance
of 2.7 feet.
