Monticello Home Builders Tax Map: 106 Parcel: 12J Zoned: RA, Rural Areas Existing Activity Single-Family Dwelling11 Proposed Variance The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single family dwelling to be located 72.3 feet from the highway right-of-way of Rt. 53; a variance of 2.7 feet. Zoning Ordinance Requirement Pursuant to Section 10.4, all structures shall be located a minimum of 75 feet from the right-of-way. Staff Comments When the house was located at the site a mistake was made when the measurement from the front property iron was checked. The house construction has been completed.
