Dear Mr. Franklin:
This letter is to inform you that on June 14, 1983, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-83-37 was deferred for a month for proper advertise-
ment. Therefore, our office would need a new application to take care
of this.
Enclosed please find a copy of your variance application, VA-83-37,
which needs to be completed by you, as representative for RAHE, Inc. ,
for the specific variance requested. Please initial and date the
application for the addition of this information. The variance applica-
tion needs to be completed by your office and returned to us before the
deadline date of June 27, 1983, in order to be heard by the Board of
Zoning Appeals on July 12, 1983.
Also, please find enclosed receipt #33531 for your new application,
VA-83-37.
