Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that on April 12, 1983, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-83-16 was approved. This variance approval allows
relief from Section 10.4 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a parcel
to have 127.5 feet of frontage existing on public road, a variance of
122.50 feet.
