Dear Mr. Ludgate:
This letter is to inform you that on May 10, 1983, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-83-22 was approved. This variance approval allows relief from
Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a maintenance
shed to be located 50 feet from the front property line, a variance of 25
feet; and to be located 15 feet from the side property line, a variance of
10 feet.

Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of
any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant, to the •
extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this
section. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for
the denial of any application. Please see the attached bill for the
amount due of $15.04.
