Hyman Rt. 8, Box 204 Charlottesville, VA 22901 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-82-53 Dear Mr. Hyman: This letter is to inform you that on September 21 , 1982, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for VA-82-53 was approved. This variance approval allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance as follows: (1 ) Allows Building No. 1 to be located 60 feet from private access easement, a variance of 15 feet (2) Allows Building No. 2 to be located 10 feet from private access easement, a variance of 65 feet (3) Allows Building No. 3 to be located 10 feet from private access easement, a variance of 65 feet (4) Allows Building No. 4 to be located 5 feet from private access easement, a variance of 70 feet (5) Allows Building No. 5 to be located 70 feet from private access easement, a variance of 5 feet. Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for the denial of any application. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of $8. 19.
