Brownlee Rt. 1, Box 408 Barboursville, VA 22923 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-82-55 Dear Mr. Brownlee: This letter is to inform you that on October 12, 1982, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for VA-82-55 was approved subject to approval under the Subdivision Ordinance provisions. This variance approval allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a dwelling to be located 50 feet from the right-of-way; a variance of 25 feet. This was to establish a new building setback line of 50 feet by dedication of additional footage to increase the right-of-way to 50 feet, 25 feet from the center line.
