has made application for VA-82-55 , requesting relief from
Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 to allow a dwelling
to be located 50 feet from right-of-way, a variance of 25 feet.
This is to establish a new building setback line of 50 feet by
dedication of additional footage to increase the right-of-way to
50 feet, 25 feet from the center of the road.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
