Dear Ms. Barnes:
This letter is to inform you that on November 9, 1982, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-82-56 was approved. This variance approval allows
relief from Section 15.3 to allow porch additionto be located 15
feet from the rear property line; a variance of 5 feet.
Anyone aggrieved by a decision made by the Board may appeal the
decision to the Circuit Court within 30 days of the decision.
