Zoning Ordinance Requirement Pursuant to Section 10.4, the minimum frontage existing on a public road shall be 250 feet. Also, pursuant to Section 10.4, all structures shall be located seventy-five (75) feet or more from the front property line. Staff Recommendation The applicant wishes to make a division of the property into two (2) parcels.
