Box 990 Charlottesville, VA 22902 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-82-58 Dear Mr. Bain: This letter is to inform you that on October 12, 1982, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for VA-82-58 was approved subject to Planning Commission approval. This variance approval allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordi- nance as folows: (1) To allow the proposed 2.0 acre parcel to have frontage on a public road of 115.84 feet, a variance of 134. 16 feet. (2) To allow the proposed 4. 10 acre parcel to have frontage on a public road of 196.87 feet, a variance of 53. 13 feet. (3) To allow the dwelling to be located 26.54 feet from the right-of- way, a variance of 48.46 feet. (4) To allow the store to be located 3.46 feet from the right-of-way, a variance of 71.54 feet. Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitue grounds for the denial of any application. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of $8.32.
