Endahl or Jamie Kearney Rt. 1, Box 270 Keswick, VA 22947 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-82-61 Dear Mr. Endahl & Ms. Kearney: This letter is to inform you that on October 12, 1982, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application for VA-82-61 was approved. This variance approval allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a room addition to an existing house to be located 31 feet from the rear property line, a variance of 4 feet. Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for the denial of any application. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of $6.38.
