Dear Mr. & Mrs. Webster:
This letter is to inform you that on December 14, 1982, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-82-63 was approved with the condition that the sign be
limited to twelve (12) square feet.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 21.7.1 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a freestanding business sign
to be located 10 feet from the highway right-of-way, a variance of 20
feet.
