Marshall T/A Marshall 's Garage Rt. 1 , Box 100A Earlysville, VA 22936 Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-82-73 Dear Mr. & Mrs. Marshall : This letter is to inform you that on January 11 , 1983, during the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals , your application for VA-82-73 was approved with the conditions that the sign not exceed 25 feet in height, and if the sign has to be removed because of the widening of the highway that it be removed at Exxon's cost. This variance approval allows relief from Section 21 .7. 1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a freestanding business sign to be located 10 feet from the state right-of-way; a variance of 20 feet. Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for the denial of any application. Please see the attached bill for the amount due of $10.56.
