Dear Mr. Thompson:
This letter is to inform you that on February 8, 1983, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-83-6 was approved. The variance approval allows relief from Section
30.5.6.2.1 to allow a residence to be constructed within 150 feet from the
front property line or right-of-way of a designated scenic highway, a
variance of 75 feet.
