JARVIS, his wife, the Grantors, and JAMES WILLIAM MORRIS and GLADYS M. Zoning Ordinance Requirement Pursuant to Section 10.4, all structures shall be located a minimum of 75 feet from the front property line and a minimum of 35 feet from the rear property line. Staff Comments The parcel is small in size with shallowness in depth from the State road. The topography is of a sloping degree toward State Route 649. To utilize the septic location at its present location, the placement of the replace- ment home is very limited.
