Dear Mr. Morris:
This letter is to inform you that on March 8, 1983, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-83-8 was approved. This variance approval allows relief from Section
10.4 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a single-family dwelling, which will
replace mobile home, to be located 25 feet from the front property line,
a variance of 50 feet; and to be located 25 feet from the rear property
line, a variance of 10 feet.
