has made application for VA-83-12 , requesting relief from
Section 15.3 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 15.3 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single family dwelling to be
located 16 feet from the rear property line; a variance of 4 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
