Dear Mrs. de Launay:
This letter is to inform you that on May 11, 1983, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application • ,
for VA-83-14 was approved. This variance approval allows relief from
Section 6.5.01 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single-
family dwelling to be located 20 feet from Chestnut Ridge Road, a variance
of 30 feet; and to' be located 30 feet from Wild Flower Drive, a variance
of 10 feet.
