If Purchaser will assume a V.A. direct, guaranteed, or in- sured loan on the property, subparagraph 2(c) on the reverse hereof is added as an amendment to this Contract of Purchase if such sub- paragraph is executed by Seller and Purchaser. 1 3. If the property includes improvements consisting.of_a-new house, new condominium, new cooperative, or new modular home (all herein called "new home"), either subparagraph 3(a) or.-3(b) on the reverse hereof is added as a provision of this Contract of Purchase, and Purchaser acknowledges that Seller fully completed -and.executed either of such subparagraphs before execution of this Contract c}f Purchase by Purchaser. 4. If a lender making any loan described in paragraph l of this Contract of Purchase requires any discount fee as a condition of making such loan,such discount fee in an amount not exceeding 0 percent of such loan shall be paid-by Seller. - S. Evans , Deputy Zoning Administrator Gentlemen: RE: VA-83-30 As the owner of Ivy Farm Lots 20A, 20B and 20C, which includes the sub- ject Lot 20A, I object to a 50-foot variance in the "set-back from the road" requirements which I understand has been requested by Mr. Lester. I would approve of a variance of as much as 20 feet. As I have had no communication from Mr. Lester as to the subject of his hearing request , I also object to any other matters which may be brought before the Board at this time. These lots were subdivided in a manner to preserve the privacy of each of the lot owners which can be accomplished by adequate road set-back, and the other lots are being sold on that understanding.
