Fountain Court Condominiums Final Plat
Dear Sir:
This is a letter to review our meeting on May 18 , 1983 which began
at 12 :00 noon in Mr. Joe Richmond' s office. It is the Planning
staffs' understanding from that meeting that you, the applicant,
must obtain a waiver from the Board of Zoning Appeals of the density
restrictions for R-15 zoned property before the Fountain Court Condo
minium can be reviewed by the Albemarle County Planning Commission.
In addition, a waiver of the lot size requirement as per Section
18 28 of the Subdivision Ordinance must be sought from the Albemar a
County Planning Commission at the time of the plat' s review. Please
notify the Planning staff as soon as possible as to the date your
waiver will be heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals so that Planning
Commission review of the above-noted plats can be scheduled. Once a
Planning Commission meeting date has been set, you will be notified
as to that date and also the date by which revisions and all other I
requested information must be submitted. -
With regard to revisions, you are still responsible for all the
rt technical information and requirements as outlined for the above noted
,: plats in the May 5 , 1983 Site Review Comments. In addition, please
- submit by the deadline for revisions certified building plans and
condominium regime documents for both the Fountain Court and Inglewood,
Square Condominium Final Plats. Also submit in writing any waiver
requests by the deadline for revisions.
