has made application for VA-83-36 , requesting relief from
Section 21.7.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 21.7. 2 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a structure to be located closer
than 50 feet to a residential destrict; a variance of 30 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
