Drawer 1140 Waynesboro, VA 22980 RE: VA-83-37 Dear Mr. Franklin: This letter is to inform you that on July 12, 1983, during the meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, the application for RAHE, Inc. , was approved subject to the following conditions: (1) the variance approval shall apply soley to McDonald's Restaurant (2) Planning Commission approval This variance approval allows relief from Section 4.12.6.6.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow 767 parking spaces total, a variance of 26 parking spaces (for the erection of a drive-through at the restaurant and the construction of a playland at the front of the store) . Pursuant to Section 35.0 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, the actual costs of any notice required under the code shall be taxed to the applicant, to the extent that the same shall exceed the applicable fee set forth in this section. Failure to pay all applicable fees shall constitute grounds for the denial of any application. Please see the attached bill for the amount of $5.61.
