(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments may be added or eliminated based upon further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] [General Comment] Revise the label of Bishopgate Lane Extended on the plans to indicate that it is currently only a fire -access lane at this time, as it is not an approved street and does not have a name. In addition, remove the sidewalk and planting strip. As discussed at the meeting last week, a two-step process could be pursued for a private street in this location. Because this private street is not currently approved, it should not be shown on the road plan as such or include street improvements such as planting strips and sidewalks. Once approval of a private street occurs in this location, the road plan will have to be amended to show the change in circumstance. In the meantime, the width of the right-of-way in this location can remain the same to accommodate the proposed future improvements and designation as a private street. In addition, revise the labels of Bishopgate Lane Extended on the road plan and profile sections on sheets 15-18 to rename those sections as the fire access lane, as that stretch of road is not currently approved as a private street. Also, revise the label on the landscaping plan, sheet 30. 2. [General Comment] Revise the sheet numbers for the last three (3) sheets of the plan. They are misnumbered. 3. [14-422] There are several areas of the sidewalks that are missing accessible ramps, including where the sidewalks are proposed to cross the fire access lane, the alley, and the private streets. Provide accessible ramps at the termination of each sidewalk segment to facilitate movement across intersecting streets or alleys. 4. [ZMA2015-00001, 14-4221 Sidewalks must be provided along the front of the lots that are amenity - oriented (the portion of the lots facing the pocket parks), in accordance with the conditions of the sidewalk exception request that was approved along with ZMA2015-00001: a. "A five foot sidewalk across the length of the amenity area shall be provided for access to and from the lots and connect to the sidewalk network along the public and private streets." 5. [ZMA2015-00001, 32.7.91 Revise the landscaping plan. The street tree calculations on sheet 33 do not match what is shown on the plan sheets. The streets indicated on sheet 33 as having trees are not shown to have trees on the plan sheets. The streets that should have trees are Bishopgate Lane, Old Trail Drive, Charnwood Street, and Raynor Place. Provide the correct lengths of those four streets so that the number of required trees can be calculated accurately. In addition, the number of trees provided as stated in the calculations do not match the number of trees actually depicted on the plans.
